Bird antics 17 July
Plants watered, time to fill up the coconut shells with water.
They sit in the corners of the square.
No sooner was that done than a trio of wee birds arrived.
First, a good drink...
Then,wandered around the square eating the plants...!
( pigeons previously got blamed for the damage)

after that feast it was off to the other coconut shell for a good old splash!

Courtyard Drama
Meanwhile back in May...
Went to top up the couple of bird feeders in the courtyard trees.
Courtyard is full of French visitors
...and a lyrical onlooker
Someone left a broken mirror against a wall
Love is in the air....
Hell hath no fury...!
On seeing the gull going ballistic a few of us stepped in to render the mirror safe and the gull moved on, a little baffled but unharmed.
